”At first it was a bit of a struggle…we had no internet connection, food in service took a bery long time and was cold when it got there but how they corrected the situation was very professional and well handled. ”First of all I would start to compliment the amazing staff with the only goal to make you feel comfortable, relaxed and safe. We had the chance to be so lucky to stay at the room Bornholm and Copenhagen and both rooms are super nice and we felt so welcomed. The food is amazing, and with a touch of the Nordic it is the best place to turn off your brain and relax. The staff will take care of the rest! 🍛 I highly recommend their calamanci!🍹”

”This is my second time staying here, but I'm sad to say that the rooms I got this time were a little dated and smelled like mold (both of them). I booked two rooms, and the other room had a working aircon, but unable to turn off or adjust settings. I even bought new batteries for the remote. SMCO representative was nice and helpful, but I felt weird leaving the room keys in a locker with NO LOCK. what if someone stole the keys and cleared out the room? Will I be responsible for that?...

”The place was beautiful. If you love the scenic views and nature, this is definitely worth the travel time. The hotel has a boat to charter to the nearby Sepok island, which took around 30 minutes.
