”I booked for 3 people but we were given 1 king bed which is quite small for us. I like the proximity of hotel to the falls and other attractions. The observatory is a great spot to view the entire falls.”

”Check in was fine but surprised that they did not want to as the points to my loyalty program with Marriott because I booked my reservation with Expedia, I was not happy by this. If the hotel chain don’t approve points from third party why they advertise it on third party website in the first place. Also, room has some dirty towel and when we request something in return, the front desk refused, and poorly acknowledged our concern. There was no safe, alarm clock in the room either. The room...

”The property was clean, and the staff was Amazing and helpful. Just wish the beds were more comfy and ice was on each floor. No elevators and being on the 3rd floor kind of stunk as well as no microwaves. Although the reason behind it was valid still sucked for convenience. Oh and no irons so make sure you bring wrinkle free clothes.”

”Walking distance to the falls and the tourist area. Super easy to get to from the Rainbow Bridge and parking was easy. My breakfast (omelette) was delicious, and the fresh fruit was a pleasant surprise. I would definitely stay again - in fact, I am looking forward to it!”

”Good location to see the Falls. It's walking distance but easy to take talxi as well. Shuttle bus might be challenging to find/use. Breakfast was ok, very crowded though. Service was working fine, hotel staff were helpful and polite with good instructions about Falls.”

”Clean rooms, the salt water pool and hot tub was fantastic. The look of the hotel with all the stone and wood was stunning. Great location as well, 10 minute walk one way to the top of Clifton Hill and 10 minute walk the other way is the top of the niagara rail to Table Rock. Only thing we wish was that the steak house resturant would have been open when we were there as it is closed so the eating area they do have open is really tiny and a fraction of the menu available.”
