”The pool and hot tub were both down. The hallways were dirty. They’re ceiling tiles falling in multiple places. It looks very old and rundown. Breakfast was hardly anything at all. Could not take a shower because black stuff kept coming out of the pipes.”

”Don't book this location. The property is currently under construction. Pool and hot tub were closed. There was no breakfast. The first room we were assigned had no functioning light in bathroom or the vanity area. In the next room that they assigned us, the toilet was not properly attached to the floor and rocked forward when you sat down. In the night I noticed leakage around the toilet. It was half way across the floor in front of toilet and reached the tub. Don't know if it was sewage...
