This brand new 2,716 sq ft spacious home boasts an open floor plan that is perfect for family and friends. Q House is a 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom property that comfortably sleeps up to 16 guests.

The house is centrally located in Idlewild, near shopping, dining, and fun recreational facilities, with quick and easy access to I-5. JBLM, Steilacoom, Gravelly, American Lake, and Fort Steilacoom Park are a stone’s throw away.

BEDROOMS

On the main floor, you will find the 1st bedroom with a queen size bed behind double doors. Four bedrooms are situated on the 2nd floor, 3 of which are furnished with 2 queen size beds each. The master’s bedroom has a king size bed, en-suite bathroom, and a large walk-in closet. All beds are incredibly comfy with bamboo high thread count linens. All bedrooms have blackout curtains as well. The house is designed with comfort and privacy in mind.

BATHROOMS

The main floor has 1 full bathroom, while the second floor has 2 full bathrooms. The master’s en-suite boasts dual sinks with an oversized shower and a bathtub. The guest bathroom on the second floor has a bathtub, while the guest bathroom on the main floor doubles as a powder room. Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and towels are provided.

The house is bright and airy, thanks to an abundance of windows. Natural lighting complements the chic and modern interior, brand new furniture and furnishings, and charming touches that make the house a lovely space to unwind and spend time with loved ones. KITCHEN

The kitchen is fully equipped with brand-new stainless-steel appliances, new cookware, plenty of cabinet space, and everything you need to serve meals, bake cookies and casseroles, or host a potluck dinner. There is a dishwasher, microwave oven, stainless steel sink with garbage disposal, full-sized stove with oven, refrigerator and freezer. Other appliances are also provided, such as Keurig coffee maker, toaster, rice cooker, electric kettle, electric wine opener, and slow cooker. Meal preparation just got better with our granite countertop island that can seat up 4 people.

THE GREAT ROOM (LIVING & DINING AREA)

You will love the great room concept on the main floor as much as we do!

This home has a living room open to the kitchen and dining room which provides a great way to socialize with and entertain people. The living room has a comfortable and plush sectional couch and a 65" Smart HD TV. The kitchen boasts a long island and a large adjoining dining room. The dining table seats 8 people comfortably, with 4 additional bar stools in the kitchen.

COVERED PATIO / BACKYARD

Adjacent to the living room is a French door that leads to a wonderful covered back patio with cozy outdoor seating and an outdoor fireplace. The fenced backyard is perfect for summer entertaining (and for all seasons too!). We have added a playground for the kids to enjoy. While the adults are having fun in the covered patio, they can watch over the kids playing.

LAUNDRY ROOM

The laundry room is complete with 5.2 CuFt Mega Capacity Washer with TurboWash Technology, 9.0 CuFt Mega Capacity Steam Dryer, and a fabric steamer. Laundry detergent is provided as well.

PARKING

Q House has an attached 3 car garage with additional driveway parking. Please avoid parking on the shared driveway.

SURVEILLANCE CAMERAS

There is a Nest video doorbell located by the entrance, outside the house.
Surveillance cameras have motion sensors and records 24/7.
This is for the protection of both the host and the guests.
There are no cameras inside the house.

GUEST ACCESS

Guests have access to the whole house with 3 car-garage and additional driveway parking. Kids may also enjoy the playground located in the backyard. Please be mindful of noise levels so we can be considerate to our neighbors.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

Check-in time is at 4 pm and check-out time is at 10 am. We try our best to accommodate requests for early check-in and late check-out, however we cannot guarantee this. Early check-in and late check-out fee is $35/hour.
