”This was honestly the worst stay I’ve had. The entire place smelled like smoke, from the front desk all the way to the room, and the bed was in really poor condition. I’ll be honest, I didn’t realize my checkout time and that part was my mistake. But they packed up and removed all my belongings without informing me. When I came back, I explained it was unintentional, offered to pay, and asked if I could extend my stay. Instead, they kept my $60 deposit, asked for another deposit with higher...

”The hotel is close to downtown if not downtown. But overall the hotel is nice the rooms are nice and the staff is nice. The hotel does not have their own parking but there is a parking garage next to the hotel with affordable prices. The hotel doesn’t have a swimming pool and the breakfast I didn’t see myself my fiancée went down and I told her to bring me anything she brought eggs and sausage and the sausage didn’t look fully cook. ”

”Grenoble House is a hidden gem! Close enough to everything to be practical, far enough to avoid the noise of Bourbon. The hot tub was a must have and the fully loaded kitchen was a great touch - though we ate at local spots our whole stay. Our room was clean and spacious and we would definitely comeback if we made it to NOLA again. ”

”Our room was lovely with a king bed and pretty chandelier. It was clean and fairly comfortable. There was a coffee maker but no coffee cups and they do not have any refrigerator so don't plan to bring leftovers unless you get a cooler from the local store. Our family were in different rooms that had issues with slugs coming in on the ground floor, though. The location is super convenient if you plan to visit Bourbon St. and things are fairly walkable. ”

”Location was great, less than 10 minutes from everything. Parking is pricey, access is cumbersome and parking garage smells horrible but it is secure. I had multiple issues with my room as far as things being damaged and broken. I took video and let the office know right away, issue were resolved quickly.
