”Rooms are filthy and run down. Everything needs replacing, pool area was disgusting. Pool water is murky, only thing not completely gross was the waterslide. Pool area had rust dripping down all the walls. Whole hotel smelt musty and unclean. Still likely the nicest place to stay in Castlegar though which isn't saying much for castlegar.”

”Our stay at the Chameleon Hotel was good. We were pretty wary when we pulled up because the outside looks extremely run down, but based on other reviews we decided to give it a try. Inside was good and our room was very clean and bright with large windows. The lady at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. We partly chose this place because it included breakfast but weren't able to eat breakfast there. There was boxes of cereal, blueberry muffins, yogurt and fruit cups available in...
