”First and last time at this hotel. If you travel with your bike, you most likely do not want to book a room at this hotel. I would have chosen another hotel if they had publicly announced more detailed information about the hotel's rules. I was locked out of my hotel room after returning from a bike ride. My key card did not work and I had to walk to the reception in my socks because this hotel does not tolerate cycling shoes. At the reception it turned out that I had committed an original sin...

”the hotel was good for a night stay but the room needs some maintenance, specially the bathroom the shower is very small I barely fit thru the glass and needs a overall touch, but the staff was helpful and a quiet room”

”Tutto davvero funzionale”

”Uusi hotelli upean vuoristotien päässä vuoren huipulla. Vierailimme siellä sesongin ulkopuolella, joten hotelli oli lähes tyhjä Hyvä kylpylä!”

”I booked a suite at this hotel and when I arrived they told me that the jacuzzi in the bathroom was not working so they would put me in a regular room. I said the jacuzzi didn’t matter as I booked the suite for the extra space and balcony. They said they couldn’t accommodate as there is no shower in the suite- only the jacuzzi bath. The lady at the front desk told me the room they were putting me in was more expensive than the suite- this was a lie. After getting Expedia involved they repaired...

”Everything is very average about this place”

”habitación impecable y servicio de 10. ”

”Nice hotel, but a bit far from centre”

”We really enjoyed our stay. The room was very clean, tidy and updated, with a large bathroom and shower. The staff was very helpful over WhatsApp to make check-in and parking clear and easy to understand. The app used for unlocking the doors worked great. The breakfast included is simple, but perfectly adequate. We were in L’Aquila mostly to hike, so a grabbing a quick coffee and snack before heading out was perfect. Important to note that the property technically doesn’t include its own...

”Large space room. Good location. Kind staff.”

”Hotel 99 Cannelle is a gem. From the lobby, to the rooms and to the breakfast room, the interior is a work of art. Breakfast is fantastic and filling, the staff is welcoming and super-super nice. A special thank you to Serena for making our stay at Hotel 99 one that we will fondly remember.”

”Excelente lugar para descansar en un lindo lugar”

”Beautiful hotel in the very centre of L'Aquila. Really friendly staff and a nice breakfast buffet in the morning. Walking distance to everything. Parking available right outside. Would definitely stay again.”
