”This was an excellent place to stay. We were given a warm welcome by the host and several dogs! The tiny house was in a paddock with sheep, a horse and chickens but was so peaceful. It was very clean and comfortable and, although compact, it had everything we needed including some breakfast items. We enjoyed listening to the birds and loved it so much that we wished we had been staying longer. If you want a peaceful retreat, this is the place to go.”

”The host was welcoming. Great location. Very quiet at night. Then a short drive to Waihi Beach and Bowentown. We had a lovely day at the beach with our dog. ”

”Was in industrial area - NOT close to beach or stadium venue, as led to believe. No view. No milk left for teas, coffees. Plug missing in upstairs bathroom. No "human" hosts to welcome guests. Noisy at night if windows open. While it sleeps 6 ok, it was a very small lounge area for 6 adults. 3 had snuffles/hayfever inside unit - maybe not vacuumed???”

”The property is very new, warm, comfortable and clean. It has everything you need. It was so nice to be able to bring our 2 well behaved dogs. Only thing is our smaller dog possibly could have escaped through a gap where the wooden gate is on the deck. We brought a crate with us and set it up along the gate/deck so it wasnt a problem. I was able to create some yummy meals in the fully equipped kitchen. A lovely place to stay for a winter getaway.”
