”The location is perfect in Tahoe City, right across the street from The Commons. It was close to great food, drinks and bakery’s. I stayed in room 8, which was on the top floor. The room was spotless, the bedding very comfortable and of high quality. I slept really well and it was very quiet. I appreciated the shampoo, body lotion and conditioner. The thing I DIDNT LIKE was the check in process. I sent them 3 texts asking them how I check in with no response. I later found 4 emails from them...

”The room was tidy but the bedsheets had a cigarette burn on them, and there was a hole on the wall near the floor bigger than a golf ball. The bathroom had brown splatter near the baseboards, and there was dirty paper towels scrunched under the sink. There was also no extra toilet paper other than the one provided. Also the bathroom window didn’t have a screen and the window wouldn’t stay open by itself so we put a bottle to hold it open. The front desk was kind and helpful.”

”This property had multiple repair going on at the same time. The grounds, parking lot, and pool area were full of weeds and the pool was empty. There were cracks going through the doorframe and hairs in the sheets of the bed.”

”Horrible experience, booking was a package deal and it was supposed to be 6/22 check out as that is what my flight and rental car were dated, Nor Cal to So Cal for work, Anyway, on Sat 3/22 I was resting as I was super tired from a work function. 3X the housekeepers kept knocking and told them I was not checking out until sunday. ”Check in went smoothly and staff was super nice. Room/shower was clean and bed was comfortable. Brewery bar right next to the place and grocery store. Best thing at this place was the amazing hot tub and swimming pool. It was relaxing after the days activities.”
