”Check in was different, but once we figured it out, it was very easy as well as check-out. It snowed quite a bit (in May) and we were a little concerned about the steep driveway, wasn't a problem. ”Great place, I will stay there again. I trave quite a bit. Very often I am frustrated by minor inconveniences such as not enough pillows or towels, no in room coffee or only enough pods/pack for 1 or 2 cups of regular coffee. Not the case here. Each of the two beds had 4 pillows, 6 pods of (Regular caffeinated) coffee, plenty of towels. Even had Wine glasses, cork puller and paper plates and plastic ware. I appreciate these extra amenities. ”The resort was very communicative before the stay and during, letting us know there was construction days before checking in. They were quick to respond when we had questions and welcoming when we arrived. ”We arrived Monday evening for 1 night on our travels back to Canada. The staff was great and the room was a welcome relief after a horrifying 2 nights at Motel 6 in Palm Springs and a previous 1 night stay in North Las Vegas. Paul was very helpful at check in and within 10 minutes in the room we decided to stay a second night and Fredi was equally great when we went down to see if we could keep our room.
