KingsWay - 3700 neliömetrin järvinäköala, kylpytynnyri- ja biljardipöytä! Täysin uusittu

  • Kaunis North Lake Tahoe loma-asunto, josta on panoraamanäkymät järvelle, täydellinen niille, jotka haluavat tuoda ulkona. Sijaitsee yli 1/2 hehtaarin maalla, tätä kotia ympäröi upea kansallinen metsä.

    Tässä aurinkoisessa majoituspaikassa on useita oleskelutiloja, joista monissa on laaja näköala järvelle. Tilava keittiö ja ruokasali sopivat viihdyttävään. Uuden työtason, laitteiden ja kuuden polttokaasuvalikoiman ansiosta ryhmän kokki on varmasti vaikuttunut. Keittiön vieressä on kaksi oleskelutilaa, joissa kaikissa on takka, suuri taulu-tv ja mukavat istuimet.

    Neljä makuuhuonetta sijaitsevat alakerrassa, kaikki paitsi yhdellä, josta on näkymät Tahoe-järvelle. Master Suite on erityisen vaikuttava, ja kaasutakka ja lattiasta kattoon ulottuvat ikkunat avautuvat järvelle.     TIETOJA ALUEELLA

    Kings Beach sijaitsee Tahoe-järven pohjoisosassa, Nevadan osavaltion rajalta länteen. Kings Beach tunnetaan erinomaisesta julkisesta rannastaan, taaksepäin asuvasta asenteestaan ja helposta pääsystä vuoristokeskuksiin. North Tahoe -tapahtumakeskus pelaa usein festivaaleja, konsertteja ja yhteisötapahtumia, ja Kings Beachin keskustassa on ostos- ja ruokailumahdollisuuksia ympäri vuoden.

    Kings Beachin osavaltion virkistysalue on Pohjois-Tahoe-alueen lippulaiva-alue. Kun järven edessä on 1700 jalkaa, se on suurin julkinen pääsy Tahoe-järven rannalla. Sen etelään suuntautuva näköala ja järven lattia, joka vähitellen syvenee, tekee tästä yhden lämpimimmistä uima-alueista järvellä.     Talvella olet vain kymmenen minuutin päässä Northstar Kaliforniasta. Siellä voit käyttää lähes 100 polkua ja yli 3 000 hiekkarantaa, moitteetonta hoitoa, uskomatonta hiihtoa ja tarpeeksi monipuolista hiihtäjää. Hyödynnä maailmanluokan maastopuistoja, hiihto, nuorten seikkailupuisto ja 9000 neliöjalkainen jäähalli, jota ympäröivät paloastiat ja rinteiden sivupalkki.

    POLITIIKKA JA ILMOITTAMINEN
    1. Kävelykaappi makuuhuoneessa ei ole asiakkaiden käytettävissä.

    4. PERUUTTAMINEN PITÄÄ KIRJOITTAMISESSA JA PALVELUJEN SAATTAA YLI 60 PÄIVÄT ENNEN TARKASTUSPÄIVÄT. Tahoe Getaways palauttaa vieraan maksamat summat, joista vähennetään 10% ennakkomaksu, jota ei palauteta. Tätä varausta ei pidetä 100%: lla palautettavana 60. päivänä ennen vieraan saapumista.

Nice location 10 minute drive from Kings Beach. We enjoyed the nice large kitchen. Patio could use some more seating, only 6 seats and 2 small tables, not large enough to have a meal outside. The view of the lake is beautiful from the deck!

Spacious Home with Beautiful View!

From the moment you walk in, you feel you are in a special place. You are greeted with an amazing view of the mountains and lake. It is so peaceful, just sitting on the deck and relaxing with a cup of coffee was great. Very open floor plan with plenty of room for our extended family. The game room with pool table and foosball was an added plus. Very clean. Would highly recommend!

Awesome House & Location

This house is absolutely gorgeous! It is very large, well laid out, beautifully decorated and perfectly located. It is spacious while still feeling warm and cozy. It was very clean and well stocked with linens and kitchen accessories and appliances. There is a stunning view of the lake from almost every window in the house. Besides the view, the game room and hot tub were big hits with our entire family. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and when we come back to Lake Tahoe, we will definitely stay here again!

Unable to get in contact with property manager

The property is nice and big, so there was plenty of space and any good location. However, the downstairs has very old carpet, which caused me to have an allergy attack. Then we did not have Internet connection, and we tried to contact the host, but we were unable to get in contact with anybody, and we did not get the issue resolved. Also, the barbecue grill is in a very small balcony, which is separated from the main balcony, it would be nice for the barbecue grill to be in the main balcony, so we could all hang out while also cooking.

Weekend getaway with a view

This house was amazing and the view was the cherry on top! House was clean, spacious and as advertised during our October visit. Fit 8 adults comfortably with spaces that allow everyone to come together or separate if you want to break up your group. Game room was a huge bonus and hit with our group as it offered many options like pool, foosball table, TV, and multiple seating areas. A gem of a home.

Wonderful trip!

We just spent the most enjoyable week at this amazing property! The living area has floor to ceiling windows with beautiful views of the lake and we spent so much time in the gorgeously renovated kitchen with the most wonderful island that accommodated my entire family! The highlight was the large outdoor deck with spectacular lake views. The bedrooms were comfortable and the master also had a beautiful view of the forest. The bathrooms downstairs were newly renovated and even had heated floors. My 3 boys lived in that game room and enjoyed many pool and fusbal tournaments! Thank you so much for letting us unjoy this wonderful house.

Beautiful view of Lake Tahoe! We were disappointed the hot tub control panel was not working and set at 107, which is unsafe for kids; however, still enjoyed playing at the cabin. Some of the light switches did not work and one of water faucets in the bathroom was hard to turn off. I thought there would be toiletries to use however, I was incorrect. Overall though, great kitchen and communal space and a fun game room all ages enjoyed!

Comfortable house with a good view of the lake!

We very much enjoyed staying in this nicely appointed house. Easy to park in the driveway or garage. Quiet neighborhood. Fireplace in teh master bedroom (auto) was especially nice. All kitchen ware was provided (but should be better organized, and new cutting boards would be appreciated) and the gas stove top was especially nice. The barbeque grill was also in very good shape. We enjoyed the pool table in the game room, as well as the the hot tub. The many bathrooms were also well kept (but the squeegee cleaners for the glass showers should be replaced with new ones). Only addition that would be nice for renters would be some small portable end-tables so that drinks can be placed closer to seating in living room areas. Overall, would definitely stay here again!

Great Location and views

Great views and location BUT the spotty internet makes it impossible to WFH. At this price point and in this day and age good internet is a must. Linens and dishes all need a major upgrade along with the kitchen bar stools (some felt unsafe to sit on). We also had no heat on the upper floor. Management did send someone immediately but parts were needed and so we had to make due with space heaters. Primary shower also ran out of hot water very quickly and the heat control lever is broken. Great house but some major misses on some things that would be easy to rectify.

Overkmarketed and Misrepresented

Unfortunately, this place was highly misrepresented and overrated. There is a VERY strong odor of urine and mold. Simply speaking, this place is a dump. Weutterly DID NOT enjoying the property. WOULD YOU be willing PLEASE send your team ASAP to investigate and prevent other people to be ripped off. ESPECIALLY pay attention to: 1. the odor of urine and mold 2. dirty old carpets 3. worn-out sheets and towels 4. broken showers 🚿 : master bathroom does not turn hot water 5. POOP 💩 under toilet seats seats 🚽 PS: Please ALSO consider BORDED WINDOWS !! It felt like we were sleeping in the shelter for the homeless. Thanks

So so rental

First impression forecasted the stay there at the house. The walkway to the front door was completely blocked by ice and snow in two locations. This was the only way to get the key to the house and to get to the front door. I had to request for the code to open the garage, which I didn’t receive until about the third day there. Communication with Tahoe Getaway’s is ver slow, sometimes not receiving a response or answer for a day or day and a half. The next issue was that the whole balcony fronting the kitchen/dining room area was totally inaccessible and completely blocked any view out the window. Totally, no view. It was just ice and snow. You would think, even though the area received a record amount of snow they would have prepped the house for a new renter. If during the rental period snow and ice built up, that’s understandable, but not totally blocking the entrance to the front door and totally blocking any view or access to the balcony. The next few things are relatively minor, but hopefully fixed by the time someone else pays to stay there: all the toilets are loose (the wobble when sitting on), all the sink drains in all the downstairs bathrooms are very slow to drain, the jacuzzi downstairs is inoperable, the shower handle in the master shower is very difficult to operate. Hopefully these issues will be addressed before anyone else pays to stay here. If they are then it will be much more enjoyable. We personally will not rent from a property managed by Tahoe Getaways again. I hope if you do, your stay will be a lot more enjoyable then ours. Good luck

We loved our stay! From the view of the lake to the giant kitchen island which fits 6 adults comfortably for dinner. The backyard is perfect for snowman building and snowball fight (there were sleds and snow toys in the garage)! We had a bit of difficulty at check-in where the lock box wouldn't open, but a quick call to Tahoe Getaway resolved the issue. The house has central heat like all houses in Tahoe, which makes the air quite dry, we would have liked a couple of humidifiers around the house to help with dry air. It seems like there is a centralized humidifier but I don't think it was working. Another thing we would love is curtains or blinds in the bedrooms and entertainment room (kids slept there). I understand having an unobstructed view of the lake/trees/mountain is great, but it also means nobody was able to sleep in past 7am. Although we weren't too mad after seeing the view in the morning ;) Overall, we have thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely return!

What a view

Loved our stay. Would have liked more furniture for the porch. Pulled out couches were dated and uncomfortable for sleeping. Lives the area beaches. Would like to come back.

Gorgeous Views. Large kitchen

We had a lovely week in Tahoe Vista. The house is very large and the back side is all windows facing the lake and mountains. Gorgeous. However. The master bedroom has NO curtains or blinds and sits above an area where people hike and walk their dogs. So if you have an issue waking with the sunrise or having no privacy in the master bedroom it’s not the spot for you. Property management offered to tape a sheet up for us but that felt wrong and like we were missing the point. The game room was awesome and we used it often. Nice cable tv in main living room. We didn’t use the hot tub as it faces neighbors windows and deck but it looks good. I would say the location was pretty Awesome. Close to Northstar and close to Tahoe city. There are some maintenance issues at the house and while they were manageable it was disappointing to not be warned about one and have concerns about the other. Heated floors not functioning. A few lights out. One moderate serious issue but that’s for the owners and managers to handle. Washing machine worked great. The mattresses were amazing. I’ve never slept on a memory foam bed before and both my husband and I loved third. Would love to know the brand.

Amazing property

We had a great time in this property where we celebrated my wife’s 40th birthday with close friends. Looking for renting this property again in the future.

We rented this property for our Family Vacation. It is very spacious and has a beautiful view of the lake. Everything that you will need is there waiting for you. The beds were comfortable, the water pressure was excellent and the hot tub was the perfect way to relax in the evening. The property management company was awesome. We had a few issues and they had someone right on it. They were very friendly and professional. You have to put your garbage in a bear box which was not big enough to accommodate the 9 of us. The carpet is needing to be stretched out in several areas in the home. The floor in front of the sink is buckled. Overall we were very pleased with the accommodations and would definitely recommend staying there.

Unique lake view getaway

From moment you enter Kings Way you are in a magical home! The view an decor makes the dream! Floor plan is perfect for couples or a family with different floors for sleeping and living! The mood for home was unique and made the stay a perfect getaway! Well stocked and management team was ready to help! Would love to return!

Excellent Lake View

The property is spacious with a nice flow and well situated for a magnificent lake view that took our breath away. The kitchen offered a high-end gas stove and range including enough kitchen gears for everyday meal serving 10. The staff (Jen) was very kind and very responsive to accommodate our last-minute ask for a late checkout due to the kid's final. Only two things could be improved: 1) internet connection is still using DSL that posed unreliable & slow connections. Consider your own hotspot if you're planning to work or school remotely from this home. 2) things around the home are a bit old. Ex: linens, counter high chairs, pots/pans, etc. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home w. us. We enjoyed the spacious kitchen counter and the view every day.

Fantastic Location!

We visited this great house with a family of 6 adults and 4 children and had a blast. we stayed at the house the entire time and took advantage of everything the house had to offer. My favorite feature of the house was the views of the lake, wood burning fireplace and heated floors. We also found the property to be the perfect location to built a fast sled track with the elevation of the property. We cooked every meal at the house and the large island provided the perfect gathering place for meals. We brought a ton of kitchen utilities to cook our meals but found that the house was more than fully stocked and most of the things we brought, though nicer was not really needed. It's obvious the owners enjoy this house often and so it is cozy and well equipped for anything you need during your stay. A couple things we wish the house had to make it even better: Window coverings for the master bedroom, the view is incredible but as soon as the sun rises in the morning there is no hiding from that sun shining straight into your face. Also a couple extra towels for the hot tub would be great, or at least good for guests to know to bring up a few extra for themselves. The internet wasn't the fastest through i've had much worse, just something to not for those who plan to be on zoom for work or school from the house. We found that the internet was fast enough to manage some calls, but if you're streaming Netflix and working on zoom, it maybe pretty rough. Anyway we had a blast and looked forward to coming back again next year
