age. All guests under 25 years of age must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 25

Outdoor furniture/ Decks may not be useable in winter months due to heavy snow.

Our property does not have space to accommodate RVs or fifth wheels. Parking of these vehicles is not permitted in the driveway or on the street, in accordance with local regulations and HOA rules.
