Installation fonctionnelle et pratique, débit de la douche minime toutefois. Problème de logistique concernant l’envoi du code du portail mais le gérant des lieux s’est bien rattrapé.

”Wunderschönes Hotel, das eben schon älter ist - daher kann man auch mal einiges an Äußerlichkeiten verzeihen. Sehr professionelles, um das Kundewohl bemühtes Personal. Die Massage ist nicht billig, aber unglaublich hervorragend. Das Essen ist nicht teuer und besser als in der Stadt. Für Marrakesch kann auf zu einem fairen Preis ein Führer gebucht werden, was sehr empfehlenswert ist.
Das Hotel hat nur 20 Zimmer, man ist also sehr ungestört.
Einziger Nachteil - Internet hat man nur in der Lobby,...

”Situated in the foothills of The High Atlas Mountains, with stunning views towards the snow capped Mountains beyond the wonderful manicured lawns and gardens. The hotel is built of local red sandstone and is beautifully laid out. Pool too cold in Jan but looks fabulous.
Food on our visit was relatively limited choice; we stayed 1 nightwith a 40 minute drive from Marrakech (local hotel transfer 270 DAM each way)

"Kiva iso vähän espanjalaistyylinen all Inc hotelli vesipuistolla ja useammalla altaalla. Vain 1 allas on kuitenkin lämmitetty 27-asteiseksi. Ruokavaihtoehtoja oli paljon buffassa (muuta ei ollut tarjolla snackbaarin lisäksi), mutta ne olisi saaneet vaihdella enemmän. Itse hotellihuone oli pienehkö neljälle ja aika kulahtanut, mutta ilmalämpöpumppu toimi. Hotelli on aika syrjässä mutta takseja saa heti ja bussi kulkee muutaman kerran päivässä keskustaan. "
"Service level varied a lot depending on the person. Some were very rude and unhelpful, some were excellent, nice and helpful. Rooms seemed a bit outdated even they were quite spacious. Would have like to give better recommendations but few very bad encounters brought the overall ecperience significantly down."
