Very big resort with fantastic 3 different pool areas and quiet beach with plenty of sunbeds. Rooms are well maintained and mostly in good shape.
We had a problem with our first room because it had strong smell of mold. Staff in the reception was very kind and helpful and they did their very best to find another room for us which was much appreciated as my spouse and I are both allergic to mold. Finally, the 4th room that we checked had a fresh and healthy air.
We booked "all-inclusive" which turned to be a "destination unlocked"- package. This means that addition to buffet breakfast, you can have 1-course lunch 3-course dinner in one of the 3 restaurants (or dinner buffet in Nest- restaurant). Beverages incl. selection of alcoholic drinks & coctails are included daily between 12:00 - 22:00. However, there are additional costs for several dishes & drinks - even you have paid for the package. Food was very good in general. Unfortunately, Le Scoop (coffee house & gelateria) is excluded from the package.
There were some parts that did not reflect to hotels 5-star status in our opinion. For example, some of the staff in the Beach Grill were not aware of their daily "special menus", so we had to explain the waitress about their dinner specialities that we heard from another waitress during our lunch. Cleaning of the corridoors in accommodation blocks could be better as the same death bugs were lying there for days.
All in all, it was a pleasant 7 days for us.
