Non conoscevo questo hotel prima, ma è stata una sorpresa piacevole. Mi sono sentito al sicuro, la stanza era accogliente e lo staff mi ha fatto sentire come a casa”
”The staff at this hotel are amazing and really made the holiday for us. They were so friendly and also very helpful in many ways, nothing was a problem for them. The tours they organised for us were great and amazingly priced. They even organised a special itinerary just for us covering a number of things we wanted to see. Mohamad our guide for the Giza Pyramids and GEM was so knowledgeable and took some amazing pictures, friends asked if we had a professional photographer with us!

Only negative feedback is shower room floor is very slippy, I would like to suggest the hotel to arrange a rubber mat to avoid any accident to happen.”

"Executive level room and lounge were perfect. Small gym. In the lobby and on some floors people smoke, so the smell in the hotel is not so great.. But I guess it's typical for Egypt... Nice location by the Nile, yet not possible to walk directly along the river."
