”We checked in after hours so our check in letter was on the counter with all the check in directions. The sliding door, at the ramp to use the cart to transport our luggage inside, was turned off. We had to call the person on call to help who had to call maintenance and they were able to trouble shoot and found that the power to the door was turned off. I think this is the only issue we had. ”You get what you pay for. We were only looking for a place to sleep, clean sheets, clean shower. It had all that. It was musty smells and air conditioning wasn't great but for price not bad.”

”Super clean room very comfortable. However, when I went to do a load of laundry, the desk didn’t have any quarters for me to buy, which I thought was odd. How many of us carry around a bunch of quarters in an almost cashless society. That would’ve been helpful.”

”BarDew Valley Inn and its owner, Perry, were amazing!! The suite decor was fun (ours was a French Chateau), and the common areas beautiful and comfortable. Perry offers a movie room with a huge selection of DVDs, as well as satellite TV in both the common area and each suite. And his breakfast each morning was delicious! We would definitely stay again (and maybe try a different suite!) when we are in that area again.”

”This is an older building but it was clean and comfortable. The pool was nice. We were there on the 4th of July, people were shooting fireworks off everywhere and a big storm rolled in. The power went off for an hour and I felt safe leaving the door open all that time. I would definitely stay there again.”

”We loved our stay! We drive every summer from Houston, Tx up to upper Minnesota to visit family and this was a perfect first overnight stay. It was quiet, private, and just what we needed to relax and reset! This will most likely be our stop each summer!”
