”Must be going through remodel. Tried calling night before for early check in, employee stated that wouldn’t know until an hour prior to check in. Ended up getting there an hour after check in and still had to wait on a room, which ended up being switched to a different room located by pool where you heard everything from poolside and door didn’t close totally b it did lock. Ordered room service but had to call multiple times until they just told me what was available for order. But when I...

”The airport shuttle is a one-way thing. If they pick you up they won't drop you off and vice versa. The hotel in need of refurbishing inside and out. The location is excellent with a good proximity to the airport and other helpful things.”
