”WOW!!! I love that the room had hardwood floor! Upon entering it SMELLED CLEAN!! 😍 They had the A/C on so that was another bonus because it was warm but it did not have that smell when the unit is old or that stale smell! Bedding was clean and LOVE how they embraced going green! The staff was very helpful and friendly! I’m super impressed! Would I recommend this hotel… I already have to multiple drivers 😂 I’m never staying at a holiday inn again 😂”

”I'm not sure how this place had such good ratings. I booked a room and did not realize it was a "smoking" room. Is that even a THING anymore? anyway I can NOT be in a smoking room due to health reasons. The motel was not fully booked. I asked to be moved. ”I didn’t think it was possible to get catfished by a “hotel” but here we are. Calling this a hotel is a far stretch and I would categorize it more as a glorified Motel 6. During the so-called renovations, somebody made a mistake and placed the bathroom inside a closet. It’s so small that there’s no way for two people to be in there at the same time, and our toilet was not fully attached to the floor as it rattled side to side. ”The tile in the bathroom was terribly discolored and the shower curtain was awful. Breakfast does not started until 7 on the weekend and it was late. We had to eat what was available.”

”Likes: Beautiful property. Spacious comfortable room. Wet bar and fridge were a nice treat. Cozy bed. Big clean bathroom. Nice balcony with table and chairs. Complimentary coffee and tea at local cafe a plus. Dislikes: No one answered the phone when we call multiple times.”

”After we checked in we had a couple of problems with the room. 1) TV remotes did not work, had to exchange them at the front desk. 2) No ice bucket in the room, we got one from housekeeping. 3) The ice machine on the second floor did not work, had to go back down to the 1st floor. 4) The phone did not work. We have stayed there in the past with no issues. Not sure we would stay there again.”

”Hampton Inn in Ukiah is in a very good location. We enjoyed staying there. The only thing is house keeping will clean your room every other day. If you stay just 2 nights, no housekeeping. ”

”Excellent location. Problems with remote check in: intermittent wireless connection made it impossible to use. The back up key access was a little fussy. In the past, a bottle of water was made available, but this was not the case this time, despite the high temperature. Toilet flushed poorly and became worse over the time of the stay.”

”Clean room and linens. Table and chairs were nice touch for eating in. Shower was rather small and could probably use an update. A light in the area with the fridge/microwave would have been helpful. Would definitely stay again. Santana's next door was great for breakfast as well as the Shoreline Cafe. TNT on the Lake Bar & Grill was great as a dinner option.”

”Place has a nice view of the lake. They are remodeling the place right now but it was still pretty nice. At night just gotta watch out for them rice mosquitoes other than that not a bad place for the price”
