The property was near the town centre with easy access to transport. The breakfast was good. The staff was very welcoming which made my stay enjoyable. I will definitely recommend this property to anyone. I have already asked by relatives to stay there anytime they are in Tamale.

I unfortunately didn't enjoy my stay First of all the Hotel is more 40 min drive than the 23 min announced. I didn't get the chance to experience the food because the breakfast starts at 7 and I was there at ....7.15 and no one there yet Bedsheet were not change in between I couldn't also even enjooy the free shuttle to the airport or the station ( see picture which seems to be available and free) but not for my staying unfortunately finally the staff seems off, not friendly at all or suggesting any alternative You will be on your own

Thanks for the review * The time given from the airport to hotel is approximately 23mins. However if you encounter traffic or the vehicle been used is slow you will definitely not make it in the stipulated time. Actually it's even less than 23mins with no traffic at all.. * The restaurant opens at 7am for breakfast and we are open to any request made by guests if eg you need change in sheets even if you stayed just for 1 night. * Our airport shuttle is free and available ON REQUEST. You need to give us at least 24hours notice if you want to enjoy that service. * Your feedback is appreciated and we will definitely work on the negative areas.

OK but good value for money overall
The hotel itself was fine and most things worked except water pressure in the bathroom. You cannot use the shower but a bucket is provided. Also, the staff seemed either indifferent or rude -- not sure what it was.

The lodge is very aesthetically pleasing and clean. There is ample parking and it is safe. The breakfast that is included with your stay is very good and there are a variety of items from which to choose. The only thing that was unpleasant was the shuttle to and from the airport. The shuttle was not available to pick me up nor was it available to transport me to the airport and it was an amenity listed. The front desk staff person said that I should have spoken to the manager about it when he was there but he did not indicate that the person was the manager nor did he say anything until after the manager was no longer there. If the shuttle service is not a featured amenity, they should take it off of the list of amenities offered.

Thanks for the review. The shuttle service is available on prior notice. You need to provide us your arrival time at least 24 hours earlier to enjoy the facility ie pick up. You also need to inform the front desk of your departure time early enough to arrange for you to enjoy the service Thank you

Nice quiet hotel with all the accommodations that we needed. Even included a restaurant with outdoor seating that allowed us to sit outside and enjoy the beautiful weather and view while enjoying our meal.

Pleasant hotel in Tamale
My stay was overall very pleasant with a comfortable bed, attentive staff and okay breakfast. The on-site security was also a plus! The air conditioning in the room can be improved as Tamale is extremely hot however this can be easily fixed. Additionally, they list “free transport from the airport and nearby bus stations” but note that when I inquired more at the front desk, I was told I needed to request this at least 24 hours in advance so keep that in mind when planning however I would definitely stay here again!

A good cheap clean stay
The hotel was adequate, not luxury but not scary either. My room was VERY reasonably priced. There’s also a convenience store steps away. Good for one or two nights. Good breakfast.

Not Covid-19 Ready! Zero of the staff in my 24 hour stay wore mask, though asked repeatedly "where's your mask"? My room had no full running water in the bathroom. I was told to call the front desk whenever I wanted to wash my hands in my room and they would turn on the water due to water pressure. WHAT!?!...R u serious...in the middle of a Pandemic?😐 All Rooms also advertised to have kettles. Nope!! Thank goodness to night staff who saved the day for late night coffee!

* Standard rooms do not have kettles. All others do. Your reservation was for a standard room. Water flows 24/7 but the pressure may not be too good. We ask that you notify the receptionist if you are not satisfied with the water pressure so the water booster is switched on to improve pressure It is mandatory for all staff to wear mask. Your observation is noted and will be rectified

A near-perfect hotel in Tamale
This hotel is one of the best I've stayed in in Ghana and is almost perfect! Everything worked: the water heater, the air conditioning, the fridge, the fan, the TV, there was a nice writing desk and chair in the room, the restaurant was great and the breakfast was lovely. The location is also fantastic for central Tamale and the airport pickup was so smooth. However, there was a problem with insects in both mine and my friend's rooms. This seems preventable with a little more santitation care and would've made this stay A1, but it did cast a slight shadow over an otherwise wonderful stay. I hope they sort it out.

Nice clean lodge, with friendly people
I loved staying at Jeyads Lodge and would recommend this hotel to others. The place is clean and the people are friendly. It has a restaurant who serves delicious food. The place has airport pick up and drop off, which is a plus. next time I will stay here again!

I visited Tamale for short work trip. Staff were friendly and helpful but the hotel is rather basic for the price... And the wifi is extremely weak. So if you are there on work I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

The property was clean and the staff was courteous. We had to wait an hour to get our food in the restaurant. We were leaving for the Tamale air Port the next day. Their shuttle service was not available. They advertise that they had a free shuttle to the air port. We made our own arrangements and it cost 50 Ghana cds. The hotel made no effort to reimburse us for this unplanned expense.

Thanks for your review. Food at our restaurant is freshly prepared on request hence the delay. We however apologise and will improve on service time. The airport shuttle is free but you need to give us adequate notice that you need it. At least 12 to 24 hours notice. Thanks for the review
