”Pool: Poor condition!
Unit: Very clean.
Location: Perfect, lotsa eateries and mini marts.
Check in process: Need improvement between housekeeping & management. Despite advising our check in time and confirmation that we were able to check in at 3pm, our keys arw not available as unit still under housekeeping status. Keys collected close to 5pm. We could have done so much things in that 2hrs waiting!”

”For kids, best hotel. Theme rooms are incredible, we had theme from movie Cars, and like it a lot! Washing machine in the room big bonus, and also video screen on the wall, with youtube, so possible to watch movies etc.
Pool is BIG, it´s 50m long, and about 10m wide, truly olympic pool size. Contact by whatsapp is working, so in case need some help, it´s working.
Sama suomeksi, lasten ehdoilla aivan huippu hotelli, huone on iso, ja siellä on pesukone, videotykki, liukumäki, ja teeman mukaiset...

”the building is very new, entry to the floors required a pass. It’s easy to get a cab from here as there’s a drop off point right in front. The listing is just a room by itself - the toilet had a slight wet smell but not something serious. Floor was a little dusty but doesn’t affect as well. Our concerns were only that the listing next to ours (They separated 1 unit into 2 listings) we could hear them quite loudly. Other than that, it’s a 3-4 min walk to KSL, so it’s quite convenient. ”What you see on Hotels.com is what you get. 👍 Apartment is clean and well taken care of, ac is 👍 too. Amenities provided are of hotel quality and view is fantastic. Plus there are mahjong tables, 1 auto and the other is a normal table. There are 2 en-suite rooms, 1 common bathroom n a small toilet/shower in the utility area. Not forgetting the convenience 👍”

”The host for this property never provided me check-in instructions and never responded to communications attempts by me or by the hotels.com help disk. I used the ohine number included in the reservation confirmation, and I believe hotels.com help desk used the in-app message service. The host didn't respond to either. I finally had to book last minute elsewhere. This was a pre-paid reservation but as of yet I've been unsuccessful getting a refund. ”
