”This is service apartment
. For the price paid , very disappointed with the breakfast and the rooms. Better to just walk across to opposition stretch for local bf. The omelette totally raw,
The room is huge and that the only consolation. The kettles , cups etc looked used. For the price , I would have expected better.
Maybe my expectations are too high, cos I could have paid same and stayed in a better place.”

”Had a good time here in this residence and I did enjoy it. I kept extending my stay cos I love it here in Penang and with the residence. I was blamed for a minor crack in the room’s lamp which we did not do, but we manage to talk with the stuff about it through whatsapp and solve it. Lovely stuff, just the room cleaner they need to be quite and be honest sometimes, even to smile when you greet them. But overall I give the residents a 5 star”

Siivous on...

”Good location but with limited parking spaces available. Very near to the Cecil street market. Room's hangers have to be changed, the plastic clip is not holding the hanger anymore! Tried the black coffee at lobby, it's complimentary but would be better to get local coffee from food market or nearby Altertaste cafe!”

10/10 Loistava
Hotelli hyvällä paikalla, vähän edempänä kaupungista. Huoneesta hieno näkymä merelle. Aamiainen runsas, mutta keskittyy ymmärrettävästi aasialaiseen ruokaan, kuten muissakin ravintoloissa. Aina vain riisiä! Kokeilkaa joskus kaurapuuroa, kuten on ollut joissakin hotelleissa. Vetinen riisivelli ei enää maistu! Sauna tietenkin aivan ala-arvoinen, homeinen komero. Henkilökunta ystävällistä. Hotelli kauniisti koristeltu. Plussaa itse käytettävä tietokone aulassa, jossa pystyi myös tulostamaan itse...
