Tamarac is a mid-sized city in Broward County that carries a quiet, established character without the nonstop buzz of its larger neighbors, Fort Lauderdale and Miami. Incorporated in 1963, it covers roughly 12 square miles between the Florida Turnpike and University Drive, giving renters a well-connected address that still feels removed from the congestion of the coast. The city's economy draws on healthcare, retail, and public services, and Broward College's North Campus sits nearby, anchoring an educational presence for the area.

Tenants can enjoy a wide range of community amenities designed for relaxation, recreation, and convenience. Take a refreshing swim in the pool, unwind in the hot tub or spa, stay active in the fitness center, or enjoy time outdoors on the sundeck, at the grilling and picnic areas, or near the peaceful pond. The community also offers a clubhouse, business center, game room, playground, elevator access, community-wide Wi-Fi, package services, and convenient on-site management and maintenance.

Step inside to a well-organized layout where each area has a distinct purpose. The main living space is arranged with a sofa, coffee table, wall-mounted TV, and dining table for four. The kitchen is positioned just beyond the dining area with a pass-through counter connecting the spaces. Farther inside, a comfortably furnished sleeping area provides a desk for working from home and a large walk-in closet nearby. In-unit laundry and practical storage complete the setup.

**Pet Policy**

* Maximum of 2 pets per reservation
* No aggressive breeds
* Weight limit: 50 lbs
* $250 one-time, non-refundable pet fee
* We may decline pets that are not a good fit for the community

**Mid-Term Stay Prep**
We primarily host mid-term stays, though we welcome short-term guests when available.
Because of this, the property is stocked for longer stays and includes **starter essentials only** (one roll of toilet paper, paper towels, and a trash bag). Please plan to bring additional toiletries and supplies as needed.

**Maintenance Access**

* **Annual Preventive Maintenance:** Some units require scheduled checks (smoke detectors, HVAC filters, etc.). We will always notify you beforehand if access is needed.
* **Emergency Maintenance:** For urgent issues (leaks, electrical hazards, etc.), if we cannot reach you within **[X] hours**, we reserve the right to enter the unit to prevent damage.

**Occupants & Guest Policy**

* The main occupant must match the name on the reservation
* The reservation must accurately reflect all guests and pets staying in the home

**Mailbox Access**

* Available upon request; not guaranteed
* May take up to 24 business hours to activate
* Requires a $35 refundable key deposit

**Community Guidelines**

* Please respect shared spaces and amenities
* Keep noise to a minimum during late hours
* Dispose of trash and recycling in designated areas to help keep the community clean
