”This was our first time in Costa Rica. The location of the condo was perfect for being able to walk everywhere. The beach was very close. The condo pool was easy to get to and fun with a swim up pool bar. There was plenty of room to spread out, have fun dinners or relax in your room. The balconies were great to experience the sunrises and watch the sun go down over the ocean. The condo was very clean and comfortable. We would stay there again.”

”There were small things like the stove being broken and no water on the last day for a period but overall a great stay. A little grungy and can use some updating. Would be nice if they provided pool floaties or something similar. But still a great time!”

”We enjoyed watching the sunrise and sunset from our patio and balcony. We were greeted by a family of monkeys in the tree above our patio they day we checked in which was very cool. Condo is well located for visiting several of the beautiful beaches nearby, It was stocked with pretty much everything we needed. A couple items listed in amenities (hair dryer & iron) were not in the condo when we arrived but we reported it to the host who quickly responded and brought us those items.”

Plenty of pillows, blankets & beach towels. The beach directly at the place has a lot of rocks but if you walk down a bit towards Witches Rock it is much nicer. ”We didn't have a good experience. Arrived and the power didn't work. Had to find the breaker box and flip power on. Towels were mildewy, living room had a musty smell. Beds were not comfortable. Guards closed the gate on my rental car as I was talking with them -- scraped the car door. We actually left after 2 nights to move to a different place we found online. We've asked for our money back on the nights we didn't stay there. Waiting to hear back.”

”Overall unit was clean, good size and AC worked well. Location was great. A short walk away from the tourist activity and the beach. There was a generator or something outside of the second bedroom which was very noisy day and night. That was an issue. Safe was not usable. It would have been nice to have the use of some beach chairs or toys. Many other units rented in other countries had a few toys to use.”

The smoke detector was beeping all the first night so we called the manager and they sent someone over that took care of it but not the way we would have expected. He took the battery out and said he would have to get another one later. I think that batteries for something like that should be on hand and being without a smoke detector in...

”If you are looking for a trip to stay at the beach to surf or swim, this is a good place. It is nice, safe, secure, has most all of the basic necessities and my hosts were kind and helpful when I had questions or needed anything. It was close to a busy street and restaurants so there was a lot of noise at times. It was right on the main road yet near the end of it so you can walk to get to all the shops and restuarants.”
