”They were accommodating to us checking in an hour early. The room was clean and neat, had blackout curtains and an AC. Being an old building the floors are squeaky, our travel eat plugs were very helpful! There was no place to refill water bottles other than tap water. When we tried to buy water from the vending matching it was empty. Over all we had a good experience.”

”The staff was amazing. The front desk lady was amazing. The bed was harder than a rock though and there was suspicious splatters on the painting next to the bed. But everything else was as clean as you can hope a hotel to be.”

”The late night staff could not book a reservation properly and took forty minutes to check us in after charging us twice. We didn't get to our room until 1am and woke late so we missed breakfast. When trying to resolve the issue in the morning no one was around and the manager was gone so we are forced to go to our credit cards for fixing the staff mistake. Taking a black light to the room we found the typical spots missed like the wall behind the toilet and the carpet in front of the fridge but...

”Our room had a funky odor, not sure why. The fridge had a musty smell and ice buildup in the freezer had a brown tint (mildew?) so we couldn’t use it without our food/drink having that smell too. This hotel was certainly not worth the cost.”

”Sorry because I don’t like to complain, but here all are involve, there were some spiders on the ceiling in bedroom plus dust all over the headboard, spiders on ceiling bathroom too, towels clean but smell like been storage for so long or hasn’t washed right. ”

The phone number on their website said it was not connected, the other help lines were located in Nee York and Los Angeles. The same lady answered both times and was somewhat rude to me and told me that I did not have a reservation. Even Expedia tried to call. ”Everything was just what I needed”

”The first room we were given hadn't been cleaned, the second room was yet the curtain didn't work. At this point we were exhausted and let go. The staff was very kind and considerate, parking is convenient, very well maintained and clean. A surprise no microwave in the room, yet there was other amenities. Also, no grab and go breakfast/meals/snacks. One bottle of water was in the room, thankfully. The beds and pillows were amazing!!”
