”Great place for a date night or some R&R. Very relaxed, cozy atmosphere. Roaring fireplace to keep you warm during the colder months at the main restaurant. Staff are very accomadating and go above and beyond. Warm and welcoming and can make a mean Cocktail! Reccommend staying the night if wanting to make the most of the service, menue and Bar! Menue and bar prices are very reasonable for the quality and amount you receive.”

”Hands down one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Stayed in the deluxe king ocean and the view was incredible! The rooms were clean, the staff were nice and the amenities were so well maintained. Highly highly highly recommend if you are coming to the Gold Coast since it is right by the beach and walkable to a lot of places! Will come back for sure!”

”2-3 star hotel at best. The 5 star is misleading and somewhat false advertising. There is nothing 5 star about the hotel, rooms or experience. Curtains are NOT black out, rooms are NOT soundproofed. Cheap amenities, shower head is a basic handheld. You are provided 2 thin towels. Expect stains. The “king size” bed is the ol 2 single beds mushed together and NOT an actual king size bed. If you want late checkout expect to pay $50 per hour but then get woken by bangs on the door from housekeeping...
