The Space:

Soft Florida light filters through the windows as you step onto the first‑floor patio, inviting you to unwind after a short drive from nearby attractions. The open living area welcomes you to stretch out, share a meal, or settle in for a movie night, while the gentle hum of the community surrounds you with a sense of calm. Each queen‑bed bedroom offers its own private bathroom, so everyone can enjoy personal space without missing the easy flow of a well‑designed home base.



Sleeping arrangements

Four bedrooms each feature a queen bed and an ensuite full bathroom, providing privacy for up to eight guests. Fresh linens and bathroom essentials are supplied, letting you pack light and settle in quickly.



Kitchen & dining

A full kitchen includes all the basics for simple, everyday cooking, complemented by a breakfast nook and a separate dining area where you can gather for meals. The layout keeps cookware and countertops within easy reach, making breakfast or dinner preparation effortless.



Living space

The spacious living room accommodates group gatherings, whether you’re winding down with the TV or chatting after a day of exploring. A small patio just off the living area offers a quiet spot for fresh air and a cup of coffee.



Laundry & work‑friendly features

An in‑unit washer and dryer add convenience for longer stays, and a dedicated workspace with reliable Wi‑Fi supports remote work or planning your next outing.



Outdoor and community amenities

Step outside to a shared pool, gym, clubhouse, grill area, walking and biking trails, and a basketball court. These amenities are available to all guests, providing options for relaxation and light activity without leaving the community.

Conveniently situated in Lutz, the home is a short drive from the University of South Florida, MOSI, Busch Gardens Tampa, and Lettuce Lake Park. The location makes it easy to explore local attractions while returning to a peaceful retreat.

Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home.



Feel safe & right at home as you enter the gated community with security guard.



You will have 3 spots available for you to park, not assigned, first come first serve - spots are labeled "Visitor". Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



Please note that the photos displayed for our units are intended to represent the general amenities and features of the properties. However, furnishings, decor, and appliances may vary from what is shown. The images may not accurately reflect the current state of the unit.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $30 per night (capped at a maximum of $150). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please note that the community pool and all other community amenities are managed and maintained exclusively by the community. We do not provide access to the community's amenities.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
