What some of our guests do not love that much about our listing:
- The home is located pretty close to our next door neighbors home. Although she and her husband are quiet, sometimes you can hear them talk when they walk into and out of the side entrance of their house.
- There is plenty of parking on the street, but parking in front of the house can be tight sometimes for our guests and our neighbor.

Our house comfortably sleeps 4 guests with 1 Queen size bed in the bedroom and Queen size foldable mattress for the living room area.

Complimentary Wi-Fi, Netflix, and coffee. The kitchen comes fully loaded with appliances such as a microwave, fridge, electric stove and dishwasher along with glasses, dishes and utensils.
