Received confirmation of reservation dec 10. Did not receive day of instruction. Went to property key box open but no key. Contacted Vrbo only to find out host wasn’t aware of reservation and couldn’t accommodate booking. Although Customer service was every nice and helpful, we had to make new reservations and put out more money while waiting on refund. Reimbursement didn’t cover additional cost. Not only did we pay more for lodging but now having to eat out instead of cooking at home.
