It all started wrong the moment we checked in. I waited at the front desk until the employee finished spending time on her phone in the lobby. After we settled into our room for the night, one of my children became sick causing us to call the front desk for help. However, their employee Yaminah could not be more bothered by our request for assistance. In fact she told us we would have to wait until the next shift showed up leaving us in a dirty room with 2 young children. Only after going to the reception desk in person were we thrown new room keys our way without any explanation or information on our new room. It gets better. I go the very next morning to ask to speak with the manager Robin Boodhan but was told they were too busy to speak with me and for me to send an email. I received their response 3 days after checking out stating they would provide Yaminah with a 2 week training program. Hilton should be ashamed of having these employees represent their brand when they can care less about sustaining the company's values.
