And then, when you’re ready for the day, Tampa plays host to concerts and conventions of all kinds at venues like Amalie Arena, Raymond James Stadium, Sparkman Wharf and the Tampa Convention Center.

See the manta rays at the Florida Aquarium--or the baseball Rays at Tropicana Field. Visit historic Ybor City and read about it in the underrated Tampa Bay Times.

After you've completed your booking, you will receive an email from a company named August with instructions on how to set up your virtual key pin. Additionally, you will receive a message with detailed step by step instructions on how to use that virtual key, where to park, and how to find the apartment.

As always, we're happy to assist you with any questions or give you tips regarding your visit. The apartment is all yours and you will not be disturbed unless you contact us.

Channelside District is a centrally prime location for all that is Tampa.

Explore one of the many pop up food container and relax in the beer garden at Sparkman Wharf.

Spot chickens and roosters roaming alongside with you in historic Ybor City.

Catch a hockey game or concert next door at the Amelie Arena.

Stroll alongside Hillsborough river at the riverwalk to Curtis Hixon Park.

When done for the night, retire back to your relaxing apartment for another day of exploring.

Besides the obvious Uber/Lyft way of getting around.....

Right next to the main office is a stop for the FREE Teco Line Streetcar! (See the Yourwelcome tablet inside the apartment for maps and details)

Friday............................................... 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m. (20 minute service starts 7:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m.)

Service is every 20 minutes Saturday & Sunday

Saturday........................................... 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 a.m.
Sunday............................................. 8:30 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.


Tampa Bay Lightning games and Weeknight/Sunday Amalie Arena events:
TECO Line Streetcar service is extended untill midnight Sunday - Thursday when there is a Tampa Bay Lightning game or weeknight/Sunday night event at Amalie Arena. Extended streetcar service will operate every 20 minutes.

**The unit is located on the 5th floor.

**There is construction next to the building. There may be potential for noise M-F.

**There is a high rise being constructed directly parallel to the pool area. During the winter months, sun may not reach the pool area.

**Baby gear can be rented for your stay with Our Little Suitcase. Please let us know if you would like their info and additional details.

**This is a pet friendly community. You will see dogs of residents and may hear occasional barking.

**The place will be spotless on your arrival.

**When confirmed as a guest, you will receive an email request from Keyturned with an electronic agreement form with a field to upload your ID. Use any device to sign this form and send it back to us. Then you can check in.

**We use a noise monitoring device; it does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply measures noise levels (measured in decibels).

**Upon checking in, please park on the first floor in Guest Parking, then proceed to the unit. Once you have access to the room, then you can park in the Main Garage.

**Please display the permit parking board on your vehicle at all times to avoid being ticketed or towed.

Note also:

**We highly recommend you use a rideshare service (like Lyft or Uber) or the TECO Smart Line Trains. There is no dedicated parking--it is first come first served.

**You are staying at a private apartment within a larger community, so please abide by the rules that are posted within the building.

**Guests are subject to a criminal background check upon booking.

**Must be 21 and up to reserve

**Please let us know if you have more than one vehicle at the time of booking. There is only one parking permit board available per standard reservation.
