This newer, 2,600-square-foot home sits within a half-mile stroll of South Howard Avenue, the epicenter of dining and nightlife in upscale Hyde Park. In the surrounding blocks, you'll find more than two dozen restaurants, gourmet markets, coffee shops, Pilates and yoga studios, and several spas. You'll be less than a mile from the University of Tampa, the boutiques and stores at Hyde Park Village, and even the heart of downtown Tampa.
Spend a day exploring Harbour Island or the Ybor City Historic District and come home to a polished living space full of lovely furnishings, elegant fixtures, and soft neutral tones. Just off the entry hall is a fun-filled game room, offering air hockey and a game table for nightly board game battles.
The rest of the ground floor is an open, light-filled space, bringing together the chic kitchen, the dining room, and the living room. When you're not dining out on the town, use stainless steel appliances (including a gas stove and a dishwasher) to prepare your favorite meals, seating your sous chefs at the spacious prep island. In the evenings, bring your coffee and dessert outside to the patio or gather to stream movies on the living room's smart TV.
The serene bedrooms are all upstairs, with the primary suite offering its own smart TV, balcony, and expansive en suite bathroom. Additional features of this home include an upstairs lounge space with a desk for remote work, high-speed WiFi, a private washer/dryer, and central air conditioning.
THINGS TO KNOW
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
Security camera details: There is an active security camera outside facing the front driveway.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
