This vibrant property is perfect for dual family vacations, remote work or group retreats. It has every modern convenience so you can feel seamlessly at home while getting some r&r. Couples will enjoy the privacy of an ensuite master bedroom while kids can rule their own domain in the converted bedroom.

This property can handle a larger group than most homes. Up to 12 guests can fit comfortably if kids (or kids at heart!) sleep on the large couches or share the two queen beds in the converted fifth room. Other guests have their choice among four beautiful king bedrooms each with its own distinct design.

One master bedroom features a plush king bed, convenient side tables with lamps, a large dresser, and a TV for maximum relaxation. An en-suite master bath with a large walk-in shower ensures plenty of privacy and luxury for the guests who chose this room. The other three king bedrooms and the queen conversion room are all serviced by two additional full bathrooms. Every room features a smart TV and plenty of space and natural light.


The fifth bedroom is a garage conversion with the same central air conditioning and flooring as the rest of the house so you never have to compromise on comfort.

The modern kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals for you and yours. The large kitchen island with bar seating makes prepping meals a joy. It is also a perfect spot for leaving out snacks and drinks for everyone to enjoy throughout the day. There is ample seating in the dining room and the dual living room setup allows for multiple parties to engage in separate activities without disrupting each other. One group can watch a movie while others quietly read, remotely work, or study with full focus.

Access to laundry machines is convenient for keeping clean during your stay, and the open concept common areas connect seamlessly to the back patio, where there is a fenced-in child-safe pool, a huge backyard, and a spacious lanai-style back porch with a dining table and grill. One of the nicest ways to spend time on the property is lounging by the hot tub or outdoor patio. There are plenty of options for seating, so you can relax outside or nap while others splash around. The grill area is perfect for serving up your favorite meals and the porch is covered so you don't have to worry about rain.

This is a child and pet-friendly property. We allow up to 2 small dogs under 50 lbs. with a pet fee if desired.

Guests enter the property via a Smart Lock on the front door and we will provide an access code and check-in instructions before arrival. We provide an access code before check-in and the code is unique to your stay, so you never have to worry about losing keys or compromising on safety.

Guests can readily contact us via the Airbnb platform, which our team monitors regularly except for late at night. Please do not hesitate to reach out if there are any concerns with your stay or with the property itself. In case of emergencies, guests should call 911 or local police and also notify our Co-host Mary Beth.

Brandon is strategically located close to Tampa and nearby beaches. Guests love this area for its year-round weather, top-rated beaches, endless shops, restaurants, and bars, proximity to Disney, and the area's many family attractions. Outdoor and sports lovers will enjoy the world-class gold and opportunities for water sports like kayaking, canoeing, pedal boating, fishing, jet skiing, sailing, diving, snorkeling, and more!

Most guests fly directly into Tampa airport, which is a short 20-25 minute drive from the property. There are plenty of rental car companies, taxis, and Lyfts/Ubers. We recommend guests have a vehicle to make the most of their stay, and we offer a driveway to park in. This is a private residence in a subdivision.

Please be advised that a cancellation fee of $100 will be applied to all booking cancellations, regardless of the time of cancellation.
