This historic home has carefully been restored and modernized, over the past year to truly make it 'a home away from home'. From original 1900's wood floors; to original crown molding. This house features a gorgeous front porch, so you can sit outside and enjoy your morning coffee.

The space
Just a seven minute walk to famed 7th Ave in Ybor City; two blocks from the JC Newman cigar factory, and a five minute drive to downtown Tampa. You’ll be close to everything!

Our beautifully renovated home, also features a workspace and super fast internet.
Guest access
We have a private backyard, however, it is not fully fenced in; so dogs should be kept on leash if they may try to run away.

You’ll have complete access to everything inside our home; including free laundry.
Other things to note
Our larger bedroom features a split King sized bed; with an adjustable base that allows for massage/vibration; zero gravity setting, and the ability to move head and feet to any height level you want. Each side has its own remote so you and your partner can adjust how you want!
