I did not use the pool. The AC worked OK. But my wife is on a walker and at 3 o’clock in the morning she had to go to the bathroom so I helped her we heard a heavy dripping coming from the bathroom area. And when opening the door water was coming out of the event above the toilet. The floor was soaked of water, which I had to clean up with all the towels. And while we had to go to the bathroom, we had to put a towel over our heads so the dripping wouldn’t get on us. also, the hot and cold faucet to the sink was stripped so in the beginning, all we got was hot water. But fussing with it for a while finally got lukewarm water in the morning. The water was still coming out of the vent above the toilet we were were not able to shower and still had to use towels to cover our heads to go to the bathroom. We notified the the staff in the morning about the problem, and my thought was that they would be generous enough to refund our stay, but they didn’t seem too concerned at all. The manager just looked at it and said OK we’ll take care of it so we packed our stuff and left early . As I was leaving, I went to the front desk and told them we were checking out and the manager hand me one of his cards and said I hope you decide to stay here on your next trip. Thank you for coming. I don’t think that’s gonna happen.
