”My family and I always enjoy our stay at Hyatt House; we were greeted by Jade and Anthony who we met the first time we ever stayed at this hotel, few years back. It was wonderful seeing familar faces and they remembering us too. The other ladies at reception were great also.
Our room was spacious and clean, having the studio with the kitchenette is helpful especially with babies/kids. Only con this time was the bed, its not terrible but it has seen its time, sunked in when I got in on my side,...

”This is not my first day at this facility. I stay there because it’s convenient in the past has been very well. This is my first issue with them, there was a maintenance problem in my room a safety issue, which was not addressed. They’ve gone to charting for parking, but I don’t understand.”

”Nice hotel at St.Petersburg. Friendly staff. Easy parking. Breakfast was typical american.The warm food was boiled egg and sausages. Different type of sausages on different days.
Floor of the bathroom was a bit sticky. The toilet seat collar was not clean. Room was clean. Towels were changed and soap and shampoo were replenished daily. Coffee/Tea was available all the time. I would come again.”

”The location was ideal but the hotel didn’t clean my room everyday and didn’t even refresh my towels. I had to go to the front desk to drop off dirty towels and request clean towels. I was very disappointed with the service I received for the price I paid.
Front parking was difficult with and adjacent business employees sharing the parking area during the day.”

”I have stayed at Hampton Inns in many different locations for many years. Some clearly better than others. This one was a standout. On the outskirts of of Tarpon Springs and it was pleasantly quiet which is a big concern of mine. Breakfast buffet /coffee was excellent. Pool was clean and well maintained. Room was large and the AC kept me cool. Staff was friendly.”
