Welcome to your New Hampshire get away in Chocorua Ski and Beach neighborhood in Tamworth. Located near multiple wedding venues, North Conway shopping and multiple ski areas. This cozy family friendly home features a king bed and two queen beds, perfect for families, couples or small groups. Primary bedroom is on main level. Guests enjoy two bathrooms, each equipped with a refreshing shower ,hair dryer and towels. The open living area has rustic charm that allows you to relax after a day of exploring, shopping, skiing at the many local mountains or swimming at the private beach on Moores Pond. Enjoy the Pickleball courts, basketball courts, playground and snowmobile trails (direct access to Corridor 19) all within the association. You can warm up on chilly evenings with wood burning stove and make yourself comfortable in this wonderful retreat. We're happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our home. We have keyless entry for check and out.

-The maximum occupancy is 6 guests. Any additional guests are not permitted and may result in immediate termination of contract and stay

- If keys are lost, a replacement fee of $50 will be charged to the guest.

-This 2-story home requires 2 steps to enter and additional stairs to access various portions of the house

- Your safety is important to us. This property features 4 exterior security cameras and a Ring doorbell. Cameras 1 and 2 are facing front and side yard , camera 3 is located facing back yard at basement door and camera 4 is located on the back of the house and faces the backyard. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras actively record video and sound while guests are in residence

-There is a 10 MPH limit within association
