Room service done with do not disturb sign hanged
I asked front desk not to do the room service and requested a do not disturb tag. The front desk said yes and told me to call for anything I need. After a day trip back, my room still serviced and everything is touched which make me not comfortable

The hotel was easy to find, parking was excellent. The breakfast was great! There was lots of choices and all was well prepared. I like having hot milk to put into my hot coffee! The staff were friendly and efficient.

Overall great stay, minus other smoking guests
Located not far from attractions and food, but still managed to be peaceful and quiet. Hot water pressure was great, breakfast was alright, no complaints, bed linens were comfortable, both firm and soft pillows were offered in room as well. Only issue I had was cigarette smoke coming from another guest’s window from a floor below. Room windows are not fully sealed, hence was breathing secondhand smoke.

Nice hotel with great stay
The room is spacious and clean, staff was friendly and attentive only the downside is our room near to the roadside a bit noisy if motorists pass by, breakfast not much choices parking limited

Comfortable base for Cameron Highlands
Location - Out of the centre of Tanah Rata, so it's quiet. Tourist sites are spread far and wide, so you need transport anyway. Service - efficient and friendly Accommodation - very comfortable, large bed, table and chair, small balcony. The music playing in the corridors is weird... we could hear it from inside our room. Eating - Breakfast, large selection of hot and cold. Tea and coffee in room Wi-fi - poor reception, timed out regularly, reverted to using phone as hotspot. Summary - recommended as a base in Cameron Highlands

Dejligt genvisit
Genvisit efter et dejligt ophold i februar 2018 og vi blev ikke skuffet. Stort værelse med balkon og stort badeværelse. Hvis vi manglede noget (håndklæder og lignende) blev det leveret med det samme. Personalet arbejdede hele tiden på at holde restauranten ryddet og præsentabel. Prøv deres sandwiches - men nok kun en til deling, de er virkelig gode, men enorme!

+ friendly personal (mostly) + wifi - they tryed to charge us 80 € on our credit card for a sprite (!) during checkout - they charged the tourist tax twice (as we didn`t received a proof of payment when we payed at arrival) - in our room diappeared our USB-Hub, a silk scarf and a new pullover - my wife is more then sad - dark room - musty smell - terrible breakfast - noisy street around the whole hotel

Not exactly walking distance to town but we have cars so still ok. Not extensive spread but reasonably good breakfast in my view. 5 mins drive to Brinchang weekend night market, big room with bathtub & ample parking lots in front of lobby.

I don’t have a serious complain on this hotel at all but don’t desire to stay here again by just thinking I would be able to stay similar hotel with cheaper price or better hotel with a little bit higher price. Breakfast is not bad but just normal (Asian, Indian breakfast) The location is not so good. Definitely, need a car to go anywhere or do hiking.

The decor is a bit dated and the cleaning could be more thorough... but the staff was so helpful and friendly, it really made a difference. The buffet breakfast was great with a lot of vegetarian options. We had dinner at the restaurant twice and they accommodated our dietary requirement very well. We will definitely be back.
