”Clean place but only one parking lot”

”Dear Sleeping Box Hotel Team, I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to express my sincere gratitude for the amazing experience I had during my recent stay at your hotel in Cameron Highlands. The accommodations were exceptionally clean and hygienic, which made my stay very comfortable. Additionally, the cold, windy atmosphere of Cameron Highlands was truly refreshing air lungs. I also appreciated the warm and friendly attitude of both the staff and fellow guests, which made the...

”It's an apartment with 2 bedrooms, 4 beds, it's at 7-10 mins from Tanah Rata, if you are traveling by bus, it would be advised to stay at the Center, in this place you have to take taxi every time You want to go out. It has a Laundry downstairs, 7eleven and other services.”

”Very recent refit and the rooms are well appointed with a spectacular view of the golf course I’d definitely recommend getting a room facing the golf course. Otherwise the Oakwood lounge on the top floor offers the same views. It is well situated in the middle with Brinchang area north and Tanah Rata south of hotel. The staff are very helpful and even emailed me with a pdf file of must do’s. Easy to use Grab to get out to the attractions and for other restaurants. The breakfast is ok. Bed was...

”Wery good location, lot of space, but not cosy! The coach and the bed where quite hard and uncomfortable. Very nice host and he fixed us everything we asked for, so thank you very much. Lot of nice food just a short walk from the apartment.”

”Yes”

”We were there for one night. Apartment is huge and clean. Great location. No AC or fan in room but temp was cool and I don't think you need Ac in this city ”

”This hotel has not been well maintained and was a bit over-priced. I had a deluxe room, but the room was not very well cleaned, towels ans sheets were not very well washed and the shower didn't work properly. It's an OK hotel to stay if you spend your days hiking etc but the room is not particularly cozy. The wifi is quite poor but this seems to be an issue in the whole village. The hiking routes are great!”

”Excellent location walking distance to all amenities, very friendly service, ample free parking, highly recommend”

”Mold in room, but everything else was great”

”Fridge not cold ,and hot shower was not hot enough ,second batch room shower tub not function well .”

”The room was very small and the walls were like a paper. We heard all the voices from other rooms and couldnt sleep. In addition the room wasnt very clean especially walls were very dirty, wifi didnt work (the staff told it didnt work anywhere in the area, but it did work everywhere else) and bathroom wasnt very practical.”
