”One of the nicest hotel staff I've met in Japan!”

”Great tranquil space and wonderful staff”

”Hieno hotelli, mahtava huone ja söpö onsen!”

”Camera pulita e in ottima zona. Personale cordiale”

”Very close to station but a 2o min walk to town! Had washer and stove in unit but didn’t use them. Need coffee in room. Need more pillows and pillow was dirty.”

”Great Ryokan, excellent service, very clean and excellent located”

”Clean hotel and very efficient staff. The spa/onsen facilieties are on 7th floor. Our room was on 6th floor with a very distinctive mold smell present, which unfortunately decreased the rating of otherwise good experience.”

”A wonderful hotel! Everything was perfect. The room was so modern and stylish, enough space, good beds, lovely shower/toilet area. The spa was so amazing, just loved it. The breakfast was also very good japanese breakfast mixed with some western style things. Lovely welcome drinks and snacks. The staff speaks also English and is very helpful. Absolutely would come again.”

”An excellent Ryokan with lovely staff. We felt very well cared for. Thank you very much for your hospitality. The breakfast is spectacular. As advised by the owners, this is a very very traditional old house (it’s the whole point of the experience), so one should not expect hotel things like black out blinds, or soundproofing.”

”Excellent! Great hotel for families.”
