I was only there for one night with an early morning appointment so can't say much about the surrounding area other than it was convenient to my appointment.”

The windows face the water and is incredibly picturesque while reading on the couch or eating dinner at the table. The only heads up I'd give to future guests is that the railing on the steps down to the beach is loose on the bottom step. We ventured out for some yummy Mexican food for dinner, ice cream in Reedville, and the nearby cafe to try their cappuccino and breakfasts but otherwise spent a nice family week playing games and swimming. ”

”The bay is directly in the backyard where you can see the sun set each evening from the house. There is a small beach that is sandy during low tide. If you want to wade in the bay, wear water shoes because there is glass that washes in from the bay. Mosquitoes are a problem, but it isn't just here. That's just the Eastern Shore in summer.
