”Booked a family room-- and ended up to a room that was far below the expectation (it was very dark, the carpet was not clean). However, after 1 night of being less-than-happy, complained about it and we were moved to a much better room that looked like the pics on the hotel site. At the end of the visit, the hotel even gave a small reimbursement-- so have to say that they made lemonade out of lemons. So thank you for the great service!”

”The hotel was in a very convenient position so we were able to park the car and leave it for the length of our stay and move around by foot or light rail. We also enjoyed catching the ferry to Stockton. The staff were friendly and the room comfortable and clean. ”
