”Hotel muy tranquilo. Lo único que no me gustó que el desayuno estuvo muy light, sin opciones para cambiar una bebida por otra y el mesero no te ofrece refill de café. Nos tocó café frío y muy cargado. El precio fue alto en relación a lo que incluye”

”No pudimos hospedarnos en Alea, estuvimos en Nerea, cuyo personal tiene una atención maravillosa. Cada día la persona de limpieza dejaba la habitación impecable. Las instalaciones siempre estaban idóneas y limpias. La playa a pesar del sargazo era accesible por el muelle. También disfrutamos con el kayak y los chalecos salvavidas que tienen a disposición. ”

”The staff was great and the hotel was like a healing getaway while being close enough to town. It was also very easy to find off the highway. ”

”An isolated tropical paradise hotel. Lovely beach, good restaurant, nice rooms. Taxi trip to Tulum takes about 10-15 minutes, but the village at least is not worth while. Tulum beach is nice but if i would stay at this hotel again, I would not leave the hotel. Perfect place for relaxation.”

”The place is absolute magic, and the staff are amazing! Breakfast was excellent. We loved the private pool in our suite, and how quiet it was, even though there is a beach club with a DJ just close by. Bring bug spray, and water. Rent a car to get there. It's a super unique, awesome experience. Will be returning ”

”Great accommodations, well run, delicious restaurant Stayed here 6 nights, absolutely loved it! Beach - 30 feet water to door - kayaks, paddleboards, water shoes, etc. kayaked each day, and always got equipment - BEST place overall was 2 hammocks at end of the pier! Maintenance - many other properties have 'sargasso' problems - thick, smelly, decaying seaweed - Casa Altamar shovels and removes sargasso daily to keep beach clean - similar diligence cleaning bird poop off pier, vs other nearby...
