”This place is AMAZING! We got moved to their sister hotel called Mereva and got upgraded rooms because something was under construction in Alea and it was so kind of them. They greeted us with a smile and took our luggage’s to our rooms, and we had ALOT of heavy big luggage’s. Jose Luis, Oscar, Felipe, Jose, and Luis were all so kind and we all loved having conversations with them each breakfast and dinner. They were the highlight of my stay here. They made all of our times there so memorable....

”A few things aren't going to be perfect in a community in the middle of the jungle. With that expectation this was more than what we thought it would be. Close to beach and not far from downtown Tulum. Very nice place.”

”This home is different from a typical VRBO as it is actually part of a hotel. They do not list that guest from the hotel may be sitting at the chairs in front of your house at any given time of the day. Upon arrival, we were given a brief tour of the home. There were no towels in the bathroom Instead, a stack of bath only towels in the living room. There were no bath mats, washcloths or hand towels. The home was advertised to have shampoo, conditioner, and lotion, and all the bathrooms. There...

”Todo bien . Lo único malo que puedo ponerle es que los horaria de los restaurante de la comida cierran muy temprano . A las 3 . O sea hace check in y yo no puedes comer porque todo está cerrado !! Solo algo en la cafetería !! Hay mucha humedad en los cuartos !! Está muy caro para lo que ofrecen !! ”
