Other Things to Note:

▶ Parallel parking is strictly prohibited within the community. Vehicles must not block walkways, stairways, or driveways, and parking is not allowed on main roads, landscaping, or grass areas. Violations of these rules will result in a minimum fine of $50 per offense, and repeated or serious infractions may lead to towing without prior notice.



▶ This townhouse is privately owned and does not include maid service or daily cleanings. The cleaning fee covers a final cleaning (after your checkout).



▶ Unregistered guests are not permitted.



▶ We are happy to accommodate small to medium-sized pets (20–80 lbs, 15–40 inches tall). This guideline helps us maintain cleanliness and protect the condition of the property. A non-refundable pet fee of $125 per pet per stay applies only if noted at booking. If not, we’ll request the fee manually. Pets outside the size range or undeclared may incur a $250 fine.



▶ All pets must be licensed, inoculated, and kept under the owner’s control on a leash at all times when outside the home. A $150 fine will be issued for any unleashed animals. Pet owners are required to immediately clean up after their pets in all common areas, with a $125 fine for failure to do so. Pets must be housed indoors and are not permitted to reside in outdoor kennels, sheds, or doghouses. Livestock, poultry, and non-household animals are strictly prohibited. Pets are not allowed in recreation areas under any circumstances, with the exception of certified service animals.



▶ TRASH: Trash bags and refuse must not be stored on or under stairs, decks, or walkways, nor left on streets or outside the compactor. Trash must be transported inside a vehicle - not on the roof or out the window - to avoid traffic violations and fines. Any trash left on common areas will incur a $50 fine per bag or item. When using the compactor, turn the green door handle, ensure trash is securely bagged, and deposit it into the hopper before closing the door. Follow posted guidelines at the compactor site, and dispose only of household trash - no bulk items like appliances or furniture. Fines for compactor violations range from $50 to $500, depending on the nature and severity of the offense.



▶ No parties. Significant noise or playing loud music after 9:00 pm will result in you being asked to leave without a refund for the remaining time of your reservation.



▶ Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere inside the apartment and in any areas connected to it, including the balcony, entryway, windows, shared hallways, or any part of the building’s premises that may affect other residents or guests. If there is any evidence of smoking, a $250 penalty will apply, and your reservation will be terminated immediately without a refund for any unused nights.



▶ Check-in is at/after 4 pm and check-out time is no later than 11 am. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability. Late check-out without prior approval will result in a fee of $100 per hour for each hour after 11 am.



▶ During check-in, you will find towels, linens, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and toilet paper provided for your convenience. Please note that we do not provide additional supplies during your stay, so we recommend planning accordingly.



▶ Please note that moving the furniture in the townhouse is not permitted. Violation of this rule can result in a penalty in the amount of $250.





▶ Do not flush paper towels, wipes, trash, or feminine products down the toilet. Please use the bins instead. If it is found that something has been flushed and clogged the septic system, you could be charged damages.



▶ Our properties are professionally cleaned and treated regularly for pests. Due to the local climate, occasional insects may enter the home despite our best efforts. Please let us know if you experience any issues, and we’ll address them immediately.
