Entertainment



The game room on the first level brings the energy - air hockey (note: the scoreboard on the air hockey table is not functional, but the table plays great) and foosball make this a favorite hangout spot for kids and adults alike. Every bedroom has its own TV, so no one fights over the remote. Six TVs total throughout the home, all with cable and streaming access via the cable box.



Kitchen & Dining



The kitchen is stocked and ready for real cooking - not just reheating. You'll find a full suite of appliances including a stove, full-size fridge, microwave, and dishwasher. Coffee maker, toaster, mixer, a full set of cookware, and a knife block are all on hand. Dinnerware, glassware, and utensils are provided for each guest. The dining area sits just off the kitchen with easy access to the living room.



Technology



Six TVs are spread across all four floors - a 55-inch smart TV anchors the living room, and each bedroom has its own 40-inch TV. The game room has a 32-inch TV as well. All sets have cable and streaming capability via the cable box. WiFi is provided through a mesh router system for reliable coverage throughout the home.



Outdoor



Step out to the propane grill for an easy cookout after a day on the mountain. The wooded, gated neighborhood setting gives the property a secluded feel even though you're close to everything. No fire pit on site, but the wood-burning fireplace inside more than makes up for it.



Laundry



A washer and dryer are available in the home - ideal for longer stays or ski-gear refresh days.



Community Amenities



As guests of The Village at Camelback HOA, you'll have access to a heated indoor community pool, hot tub, sauna, and tennis courts. All guests must be registered with the HOA prior to use. The community amenity building is located at 601 Camelback Rd, Tannersville, PA 18372.



Pool hours: Sunday through Thursday 9 AM - 4:30 PM, Friday and Saturday 9 AM - 7:30 PM.



Amenities & Shared Spaces



The community hot tub and sauna are available during pool hours at the HOA building. These are shared amenities open to all registered guests of the community. Tennis courts are also on site and available for use. Trash disposal is available at the community dumpster located at the front gate near the tennis court.



Guest Access:

Check-in is self-guided and straightforward. The roads are paved but steep and narrow, so keep that in mind when arriving with a loaded vehicle or in winter conditions. Road salt and a snow shovel are kept on site for winter guests. Overflow parking is available near the community gate if needed. Your host is available by message and aims to respond promptly - they want your stay to feel smooth from arrival to checkout.

★ When you enter, you are on the main level, which is the 3rd floor of the home

★ All guests must be registered with the HOA to access community amenities

★ Quiet hours and HOA rules apply - please be respectful of neighbors

★ No RV or trailer parking allowed

★ Community dumpster is located at the front gate across from the tennis court



HOA REQUIREMENT

Important: Completion of the Check-in Form is a mandatory requirement for all reservations. The information is required to process the property's HOA registration, which must be completed before arrival and is a condition of staying at the property.

If the required information is not submitted by the stated deadline, we may be unable to complete the mandatory HOA registration. As a result, check-in may not be possible, and the reservation may need to be canceled. Any cancellation and applicable refund will be handled in accordance with Airbnb's cancellation policy and the listing's terms.
