🐾 Pet Policy – This home is pet-friendly.
• Up to two well-trained dogs are welcome with a $125 pet fee.
• A third dog may be approved upon request for an additional $125 fee.
☀ Quiet Hours – Quiet hours are observed from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please respect community guidelines.
☀ Parking – Street parking is available in front of the house for up to 2 vehicles, with an overflow lot available for additional vehicles. There are no designated spaces.
☀ Guest Registration – All guests and vehicles must be registered with the community prior to check-in.
☀ Access – Guests will receive a smart lock code before check-in for seamless entry.
🔒 Security Deposit Option – To help protect our home while keeping cleaning fees low, we offer two options for your stay:
• A small, non-refundable damage waiver is included in your booking, covering up to $1,000 in accidental damage
OR
• A $1,000 refundable security deposit, which is fully returned after your stay if no damage occurs
