Tämä koti on hiljattain remontoitu historiallinen Adobe, joka sijaitsee aivan Taosin keskustassa. Kaikki mitä Taosin kaupungissa on tarjota, on helpon kävelymatkan päässä (kaksi korttelia), johon sisältyy joitain alueen parhaista ravintoloista, museoista ja taidegallerioista.

La Posada de Taos isännöi useita ainutlaatuisia tiloja, joita voi vuokrata suuremmille, jopa 25 vieraille. Kysy, kuinka voimme isännöidä perhettäsi tai ryhmääsi seuraavaa kokoontumista varten.

Talo on yhden makuuhuoneen ja siinä on uusi king-size-patja, ilmastointi, kaasuliesi ja iso vaatekaappi. Siellä on täysi kylpyamme, jossa on suuri pesuallas ja runsaasti vastatilaa, poikkeuksellisen tilava olohuone, jossa on kaasulämmitteinen puuhella, hiljattain viimeistetyt puulattiat, Navajo-matot ja ylellinen nahkasohva, joka vetää nukkumaan kaksi. Siellä on WiFi ja Smart TV -kaapeli. Olohuoneessa on myös paljon muita mukavia istuimia.

Keittiössä on täysikokoinen jääkaappi, iso kahden altaan pesuallas ja täysin varustettu keittiövälineet. Marmoriset työtasot, ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetut laitteet ja valmiit puukaapit tekevät upeasta kokemuksesta, jos aiot tehdä ruokaa.
Kodissa on kaksi ilmastointilaitetta. Yksi makuuhuoneessa ja oleskelutilassa. Käyttöösi on myös pesukone ja kuivausrumpu. Saippua toimitetaan.

Yksityisellä pihalla on patiokivi, takorautapöytä ja sateenvarjoja sisältävät tuolit, vapaa-ajan tuolit ja upea kaasugrilli (polttoaine mukana).

Naapurissa, La Posada de Taos (iso talo) kaistan toisella puolella, on rehevä piha, jota voit tervetullut jakamaan ja tutkimaan loman aikana. Nauti aamukahvista tai ilta cocktaileista, jos haluat, maisemoidulla alueella vastapäätä yksityistä retriittiäsi.

Really enjoyed the stay at La Posada De Taos! The casita was much more spacious than we expected, which was great. Very well-equipped kitchen and lovely furnishings. Particularly appreciated the fluffy, thick towels in the bathroom!

We had a Lovely time at Posada de Taos! The location was extremely convenient and quiet. The private courtyard was perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails. There was an outdooor fireplace we wish we had a chance to use, but didn't have time. The space was roomy yet cozy with southwestern art and furnishings. It is a comfortable homey place. We would definitely stay here again and reccomend it to friends and family if they were in Taos. We had a couple of questions for Louisa and she was immediately available and extremely responsive. Check-in was a breeze. We just loved the whole experience!

Get out of the Oklahoma heat

We try to get out of the midsummer heat every year. This year we traveled to Taos.The Vrbo listing was very accurate and the accommodations quite comfortable. The house was at the end of a narrow deadend street, so no traffic. The kitchen was very well equipped and we ate in most meals. The restaurants were plentiful and we never had a bad meal experience. The grocery was nearby and we walked to the plaza. The weather was just what we wanted: lows in the 50's, highs in the 80's and low humidity. We kept the windows open until noon and the A/C was comfortable afterwards. Breakfast on the patio was perfect.The bedroom and bath were comfortable and well appointed. The only disappointment was the WiFi and TV. The WiFi connection went out often and had to be rebooted. The TV was some sort of streaming system that had several hundred channels but no live legacy broadcast channels. It was ABC, NBC and CBS news 24/7, no regular programing. No ESPN at all. The system did have Amazon Prime and Netflix. The property manager has contacted me to inform that the repair was made to the modem and now words well. We would return again and look forward to it.

Another Amazing Trip to Taos

We just returned from another amazing trip to Taos and equally amazing stay at Angela’s place near the plaza. We have stayed in this VRBO twice now but also stayed in two other VRBOs of Angela’s at La Posada de Taos. This is the perfect location for us - close enough to the Plaza for walking but far enough away to be peaceful. Angela just has that touch that makes the casita feel like a home. You feel like you’ve truly visited Taos and experienced it. As much as there is to see away from the casita, you almost don’t want to leave because the casita itself is so perfect. We love eating meals in the courtyard or enjoying a quiet cup of coffee while listening to the church bells. Louisa is amazing as well. She is super responsive and somehow manages to keep everything running smoothly. It’s a lot to handle and she does it with grace and ease. We are sad every year when our time at Angela’s comes to an end and from the moment we drive away, we’re already talking about our next visit.

Nic, private and quiet location but only a few blocks to walk to the town center for restaurants and shopping. The host was very responsive. Couldnt get over the number of nice art pieces in the his. Recommended and would stay again if we get back to this area.

Great Casita Close to Plaza!

Great place to stay while visiting Taos. Easy walk to shops, restaurants, galleries and museums. The home is well appointed and very clean. We will stay here again.

Best spot in Taos

It was great to return a 4th time to this lovely property. As we've said in previous reviews, the owners and property manager are a pleasure to work with, providing prompt and clear communication. They go above and beyond to welcome guests and to provide helpful local recommendations. The adobe is beautiful inside and out. Full of fine art throughout including pottery, paintings, rugs, furniture, and its own architecture. The home is peaceful and private and yet just a few blocks from the plaza galleries, shops, and restaurants. The home is so lovely and inviting, even with all Taos has to offer, we spent many happy hours reading and working in the adobe and its private patio. We work remotely and find it the perfect "office" including reliable wifi (can handle multi-hour virtual meetings). This charming adobe always enriches our Taos experience.

The perfect Getaway

Everything was exceptional!! Whatever was needed household wise was available. The location was excellent..easy to walk or drive to the plaza. We had a problem with the plumbing. Called the owner.. it was fixed in 30 minutes!! Outstanding!!

Pleasant place to stay with one issue

While obviously an older property, it has been pleasantly updated in a tasteful manner. As advertised it is only two blocks from the Taos plaza, although one has to walk on the street a bit to get there due to breaks in the sidewalk. The one somewhat disconcerting issue was that, despite following the posted admonition about putting toilet paper in the one toilet, it still plugged up. As noted on the sign, the plumbing is old. While I was able to unplug the toilet, this is something that I would prefer not having to do on vacation. I think the owners need to bite the bullet and get the problem fixed. Otherwise, we enjoyed the unit.

Roadtrip

We truly enjoyed staying in this cute, spacious, well-appointed casita during the final days of a 4-week roadtrip. Very convenient location near Taos Plaza with easy access to dining and shopping. All the privacy we could ask for in the small courtyard. We did have one small issue and contacted the property manager. She responded almost instantly and the young man in charge of maintenance came over within minutes to take care of the problem. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Taos.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay here for a couple of nights. The courtyard was nice and private. The accommodations suited our needs. Plenty of room to stretch out. It was a short walk to the plaza and margaritas. Would definitely rebook in the future

Another Amazing Stay at La Posada de Taos

Another amazing stay at La Posada de Taos! This was our third stay now and we absolutely love it here. Angela and Kent have done an incredible job and Louisa stays on top of everything. Every time we visit, it gets harder and harder to leave. Everything about La Posada de Taos is perfect - from Angela's keen sense of style in the decor, to the old world feel of the architecture, to sitting in the courtyard with a morning cup of coffee listening to the birds and the chimes from the nearby church. The location is perfect - close to the Plaza to quickly walk but far enough away that you can enjoy the quiet. Each time we are here, we are blown away. Thank you, Angela, Kent, and Louisa for another amazing experience. We cannot wait to be back.
