”The layout of this hotel with different buildings was unexpected. Dinner in the restaurant was terrible. (But the service was very good). My caesar salad had what seemed like warmed up chicken from a can or a vacuum seal pouch. My sons sandwich was not good. I had to take him to Wendys afterward. Disappointing food. ”

”Room was extremely clean, but the furniture is in need of an overhaul. Had expected a whirlpool bath but shower only, though shower itself was top notch. Beds need an upgrade as well, most hotels of the caliber have gone hybrid foam or hybrid coil. TV is too small given room size which is quite spacious. A scolding from the valet for improper check-in didnt sit well either. Matter of fact, the hotel might consider a conversation about quest etiquette with the whole valet staff. Gorgeous hotel...
