”This was our third time staying here. The location on the Taos Plaza is great. You can walk to many galleries and restaurants. There's an attractive lobby and a coffee shop on site. There's a parking lot in back, which is quite convenient. We felt our room during this stay was not up to parr with the previous stays. Could definitely use some carpet cleaning or replacement. The room was fairly clean but not spotless.”

While the property is not in a remote location, it is relatively enclosed with obscured views of nearby residential streets and houses. ”Our “clean” bed sheets had yellow stains and hair all over them. We had to ask for new linens, but the first three sets the staff brought us were also dirty. It wasn’t until the fourth set that we finally received clean sheets. I felt bad having to keep asking for something as basic as clean bedding, and by the end, the staff seemed visibly annoyed with us. Clean sheets should be the bare minimum at any hotel.”
