”The room itself was new and clean as the hotel looks to have been renovated very recently. The problems began when I noticed another name for the hotel which confused me. When I got to the floor, two other guests were having issues checking in. The machine wasn't recognizing our booking numbers and one guest spent most of his time on the phone with customer service trying to help us all out. I was told I was given one room, but then another guest checked into that room. After another call...

”Room was ok, clean and hotel was quiet. When I booked a room, there promised that a minibar include and also there promised to include personal hygiene products - there were not those things. The wiew from the window was not nice and whwn we liked to keep window open at night, the room was very noisy. Also prise of the room would have been cheaper if we had order it on the hotel, not by internet. In hotel was not any change to order any food. ”

”There is no name outside of the building to indicate that this is the right place, this is very confusing. The host will send out a message a few hours before your check in time( 4 pm) to give you the entry code, this can be a little challenging if your internet connection is not working properly.”
